In this series for Royal BAM Group, I worked as a cinematographer, capturing employee portraits for recruitment and internal communications. These videos give a face to the people behind the projects—builders, engineers, site managers. The goal was to keep it honest and personal, using natural light and real work environments. BAM understands the value of authentic visual storytelling, and I always enjoy filming with them because they let the work speak for itself.

I also filmed an end-of-year spoken panel review with members from the management team where we captured the highlights of the year. It was very interesting and an honour to be apart of such an amazing year with BAM.
